Stila Stingray Eyeliner
As a makeup artist, makeup enthusiast, makeup lover, makeup addict and a beauty blogger? You would think it would be difficult to make a decision on what my favorite makeup product is and surprisingly, that answer comes fairly easy to me. The makeup product I love most, can’t live without and use almost everyday? Is black eyeliner for my waterline. I feel black eyeliner on the waterline really helps define the eye, pop any eyeshadow contour and really open up your eyes. I wear it alone or in combination with smokey shadows around the rim of the eye, similar to the photo below.
