There are so many things to keep in mind when putting together your favorite summer makeup looks.

Toners are also great skincare products to use after you cleanse your skin, and before you apply your moisturizers. Using sunscreen is extremely important when exposed to any kind of sun light.
However, not all sunscreen or SPF works well when applied under makeup. Most SPF containing moisturizers will cause makeup to flake off in the blending process.

For a summer makeup the base is probably the most important as you want the skin to appear fresh, and dewy.
Therefore, keeping powders very light is key in this application. Focusing on the T-zone, so that the skin looks healthy and not oily.

Blush is probably the second most important step in a fresh, and flawless summer makeup look. It has to be done in a way where you create an illusion of the skin being sun kissed. The blushes and brushes I love to used tend to be very pigmented, and soft enough to create such a flawless look.
Two light separate applications of blush would create an illusion of slimmer cheek bones. The second blush would need to be a bronze type color, and applied with a fan duster brush for a subtle effect.
For an additional touch of shimmery glow try NARS luster, and LORAC perfectly lit.
Lorac perfectly lit is one of my all time favorite shimmers. Used in the summer and on most of my beautiful brides. Sold at Sephora for $32.00

Mac Cosmetics brow pencils in Lingering and Spiked are perfect for filling sparse hairs, and cleaning up any uneven edges.

Eyes:
For any summer makeup the eyes are best kept clean, along with a combination of neutral colors. A full set of lashes for any evening summer makeup look would be ideal. False lashes take some practice to perfect, and still my hand gets a little shaky here and there. However, a simple coat of mascara, duo glue, tweezers, and it’s a matter of applying a clump of lashes in between any gaps you may find on your lash line. A magnified mirror would be most helpful in this beauty process.
